Gas, Vomiting, Weakness. Previous Acidity Problems. Suggestions?

hello sir,

i have some problem from my stomach. when i have some eating then after feeding a lot of gas found in my stomach. it have also effect my nervous system as like vomiting, weakness, & create a many type of problems past 3 months.
but this type of problems have not in earlier. only acidity problem have found earlier, when i have some spicy food. this time i have avoid these type of foods as like non-spicy, non-oily, only takes boiled vegetables.
please give me suggetion about this.

Hi ,
From your history it appears that could be having an ulcer in your stomach. I would suggest you to take a 3 week course of pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day to be taken at least 30 min before food. Have regular eating habits and timings.In case the symptoms dont subside then you need to undergo endoscopy followed by surgery for correcting the problem.
