Hello abhdix1 , greetings from
As per your case history you are suffering for past 3 years , are you currently under any particular medications/treatment for the same ? You are 27 years of age ( ? male/ female -- gender important to come to significant conclusions ) and you are suffering excessively .. could it be attributed to your highly stressful life ? diet pattern ( high protein diet with low fibre -- most common ). I assume you either don't have any co-morbid condition like diabetes, hypertension , thyroid disorder or have not been diagnosed yet as you not given such details. My advice to you would be to have high fibre diet with restriction in protein intakeand if possible take isabgol husk / fibre supplement at night after dinner before sleep , it may help you relieve you from constipation. Drink lots of water and do not skip meals. It is always advocated to seek an opinion from a nearby physician as he will have a better clinical picture than me as i am answering as per your case history. Please do get a ultrasonography of whole abdomen with proper preparation ( a good preparation is a must for a better interpretation) and serum TSH level estimation done to rule out any obvious abnormality. Hope i have been
