Ganglion On Back Of Wrist. Growing In Size. Pain While Moving Wrist. Surgery Required?

Hello Doctor, my name is sagar and I am from bangalore. I have ganglion on back of my wrist from past one year and it has grown in size noticeably. All this days I had no pain or problem in movement of my wrist, but from today morning i am feeling little pain on moving my wrist. Should I still wait so that it disappears, or shall I get it operated.?
