Hi,
Thanks for writinng your query.

Gall bladder helps in digestion of fats. After gall bladder removal, fat digestion is affected.
It is therefore adviced to decrease fatty/oily foods after gall bladder removal.

You can take digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase 2-3 times a day after meals for relief from your symptoms. In addition, you should also take antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 10 mg.
You can take a probiotic preparation for some relief.

Also avoid spicy and oily foods.
Drink pure water only and eat food prepared in hygeinic conditions.

Also get your stool examined.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
