Fuzzy vision every time with blotchy distortion. Is distortion due to migraine?

I have fuzzy vision at all times, sometimes worse than others. I also, at times, have blotchy distortions where the outline of what I m looking at is distorted. I ve been checked out by both my dr. and eye dr. (also had a mri ) and I have 20/20 vision. Periodically I ll have a migraine and the distortion will happen but it will also happen without the headache .Any ideas?

Thanks for the query,,

I have noted your problem and The investigation data

The symptoms that you have described could be a part of occipital epilepsy. Some people have coexistent migraine and occipital epilspsy. Please donot worry and consult a local neurologist/Epilepsy specialist. The only other investigation that will help us guide you better is electroencephalogram. If this comes out positive you will benefit with medications like Valproate, topiramate etc. These medications are also used for migraine

Hope this clarifies your query

Best wishes
