hi, dont get scared, just do an ECG by a doctor,if it is normal you should do treadmill test and 2DECHO by a physician or a cardiologist and also get your blood pressure, blood sugar, and lipid profile checked.because these symptoms might be due to cardiac(heart) problem and dont neglect it.

Hi
I think all these are related to angina pectoris symptom, may be stable angina.Other may be acute pericarditis , pneumonia, GERD, costochondritis or hypertensive exertion. So you have to check following things
1.Regular BP 2. Lipid profile 3.Chest xray and obviously a ECG & Trademeal test to rule out cardiac pathology and may need cardiologist opinion.
If chest pain is more crushing in nature with cold extremity and profuse sweating, then it is emergency and need to hospitalised as it may be an AMI.
For angina you may start Nitroglycerin tab 5 mg with 5 min interval upto 3 tabs.
You have to follow these advices
Do not 1.smoke 2.walk soon after meal 3.carry weight against wind specially in winter.
Do 1.rest after lunch 2.reduce weight 3.regular light exercise 4.control high bp, sugar 5.maintain healthy diet.
