Friday morning I woke up with a terrible pain in

Friday morning I woke up with a terrible pain in my stomach. At first I thought it was just constipation so I just went on with my day. It didn't go away. Hurt all through yesterday and is continuing today. Terrible stomach pain, abdomen pain, hurts to push on my stomach, feeling completely bloated and not a huge appetite. I took a stool softener and have pooped a few times, no let up.

I woke up this morning feeling dizzy and nauseated. After sleeping several hours I felt better and ate lunch. A few hours later I got terrible abdominal pains to the point I can barely stand and have had diarrhea but with no relief of abdominal pain. I checked my temperature and it s 96.9 and I m shivering under a heavy blanket in a 78 degree house. Is this something I should wait out or do I need to see a doctor?

Last Friday I woke up with gas pains. Needless to say, it smelled like rotten eggs when passed. Woke up again later that morning, and had bad diarrhea. Went 3 times, then the diarrhea went away. Haven t had diarrhea since then, but I m still left with a few symptoms. 1.) a hungry feeling (feels like its gunna growl but never does) Doesn t always go away after I eat but most of the time it does.... 2.) Normal stools but I feel like I have the urge to go. 3.) Gassy and burping more than usual. 4.) Occasional nausea along with the emptiness. My mom has IBS and so does her sister. Could it be that? Food poisoning? A virus? I have had no fever, or blood in my stools either.
