Hi there,

You might be having a case of hemorrhoids(piles). Additional history that I would like to know : how is your bladder habits, Any history of fever , any history of constipation, any history of painful defecation. I would suggest that you visit a surgeon/gastroenterologist for an exact diagnosis, and with the help of a proctoscope he will be able to visualize and grade haemorrhoids.

Anal fissures is also possible where the motion will have streaks of blood on it, but it is normally painful and associated with passing hard stools. In your case, most likely , I think it could be piles.

There are various modes of treatment which can be offered by your surgeon/gastroenterologist. Meantime, keep your stools soft(if you have constipation) with Isabgol( dissolve 1 tablespoon of powder in 1 glass of water and drink immediately) once or twice a day. Have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid non -veg food like meat and fish. Have fibre rich food and plenty of water.Avoid smoking and alcohol . Hope this helps :)
