Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Your description suggest you are having Gastrointestinal Reflux disease in which stomach acid regurgitates in your esophagus due to weaker lower esophageal sphincter. It can be cause by H.pylori, stress, smoking, drinking or obesity.
You should avoid spicy food, carbonated drinks, tea, caffeine, smoking, alcohol.
Eat small and frequent meals.
Do not go to bed within 2 hours of taking meal.
Use extra pillows during sleep to raise your head.
You can take antacid available over the counter.
Exercise regularly.
You are advised to get your thyroid profile done, as thyroid disease can also cause all these symptoms.
Hope it helps.
Take care!
