Frequent Urination, Sore Back And Cramps In Stomach. What Could This Be?

Hello , I've been getting sore heads and frequent urnination sore back and light cramps in my stomach also last week burning sensation when going to the toilet . What could this be ? I recently also got the contraceptive bar in the arm, how were before that I had in protected sex but my boyfriend didn't injectulate in me . A week before that I was using the mini pill.
