Hi!
welcome to HCM!
YOUR URINALYSIS RESULT shows
1.Specific Gravity 1.020,this is normal
2.slightly Turbid Appearance, and WBC 15-20/hpf meaning pus cell in your urine is high. Increased number of pus cells may reveal some destructive or healing process in the urinary tract, anywhere from kidney to the bladder. It usually is taken as indicative of an infection
Amorphous Urates/Phosphates Moderate:this is a common finding and is usually not significant and may be diet related however urates may sometimes suggest high serum uric acid levels. So you can get that checked.
For UTI you need to drink lots of fluids and will require to consult your doctor and take an antibiotic for the urinary tract infection!
hope this will help you!
take care!

Radiologist Dr. Indu Kumar's  Response
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection.
As it is recurrent in nature you need proper clinical examination and thorough investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,urine RE/ME, urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of abdomen, further investigations may be done if needed.
Pus cells ,bacteria and amorphous material signifies infection.
You need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity.
Your partner also needs screening as there should be some source of infection because you have recurrent history.
you should consult your doctor.
Get well soon.

Take Care
