Frequent Urination, Faint Reddish Driblets On Penis After Urination, White Discharge. Advise?
Hi I am a male and I have a question,
My urine is normal- clear but when I wipe the driblets off my penis, it's a faint washed out reddish color.
When the stream of urine comes out it doesn't hurt however at the beginning of urinating I feel an uncomfortable sensation (I wouldn't call it a burning sensation though more like a piercing)
I have to urinate frequently and there is a white discharge that seeps out of my penis.
My penis was swollen this morning but it went away. I believe it was from rough masturbation the night before.
Also there is a slight prick when there is discharge in my urethra.
All this happened after my masturbation session the night before. It has been about 22 hours since then.
There is no itchiness or redness or pain other than the urethra and no bruising.
I have not been sexually active so it cannot be an STD.
Also, I am young (20) and healthy and never had any complication before also there are no pains in the abdominal area or bladder area.
I have read online and it may be just too much strain on the urethra and it should go away in about a day or 2.
Can you please help me? Am I correct is it just a strain on the urethra?

The whitish discharge which comes after urination, should be semen. Our body produces semen whenever we get sexually aroused. It is a waste product. It finds its way out.
