Frequent urination, bloated stomach with cramps and soft stools. What is reason?

Hi I am 26 and last few days my stomach has felt heavy and bloated. Yesterday afternoon it starting cramping but it was not painful cramps and then but stomach would be grumbling, but I was not hungry at all the thought of food made me feel more bloated. I have had two soft stools one yesterday morning and one last night and I am urinating more then normal.

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having infection of the gastrointestinal tract and needs medical management.

I would suggest that you should get your stool examined for any infection or parasitic infestation.

I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg. A probiotic along with digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase after meals will be helpful.
Antibiotic and antiamoebic may be needed if reports suggest infection.
Dicyclomine can be taken for severe pain in abdomen.

Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
Also take care of your hydration.
