General & Family Physician Dr. Muhammad Erfan's  Response
do you have runny nose along with your sneezing? do you have blocked nasal passages? are you having headaches? how long do you have these symptoms? do you have any past illness? are you on any medications at present? your symptoms indicate that you might be suffering from allergic rhinitis or hay fever. Patients usually have running nose, repeated episode of sneezing, watery eyes, headaches, etc. for an acute attack antihistamines are the drug of choice (cetirizine-zyrtec 10mg once daily). You can use an intranasal corticosteroid for blocked nasal passages (mometasone nasal spray-nasonex,200mcg one spray each nostrils daily). You can use montelukast 10mg (montair)daily at bed time as prophylaxis.
hope this helps
Wishing you best of health. take care
