Frequent Sneezing And Cold Due To Dust Allergy. Is There Ant Permanent Solution ?

Hi, I have a problem of frequent sneezing and getting cold 9mainly due to dust allergy/ cold weather) The episode starts at least once in a month and i have the problem for 3-4 days. I take anti-histamines to reduce the sneezing. I also have nasal block during these episodes. Is there any long term solution for this problem.? -P

By your history you seem to be suffering from Allergic Rhinitis. But you need to get yourself examined by A ENT surgeon. And if he thinks it necessary you may need to get a Xray/CT scan done of your nose. With right treatment you can get rid of the problem.

Hi;
Welcome to HCM . You may be suffering from allergic rhinitis or deviated nasal septum. So you need to get a x- ray of your nose. For allergy you may take antihistaminics& inhaler steroid in micro puff. You should get examined by ENT specialist &consult his advise.
Wish you best of health.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
It appears you have Allergic rhinitis. Do you also get ear block and mild headache sometimes. You must use handkerchief when you walk near dust to protect yourself. You should get examined by a ENT Doctor who will give you Leukotriene antagonist drugs like Montek LC which will prevent further attacks and also maybe some nasal sprays. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables and drink enough water. Eat on time. Sleep well on time. Don't worry, your symptoms will come under control. Just visit ENT Doctor who will help you best.

NO DOUBT,IT IS ALLERGIC RHINITIS ONLY BUT WHAT TRIGGERS?WHY YOUR HISTAMIN REALEASE IS SO FAST ENOUGH TO DAMAGE NASAL MUCOUS MEMB ONLY&REPEATEDELY?ITS REALLY SOMTHING TRIGGERS AGAIN&AGAIN,MOST COMMENLY AS EVERYONE CLEARLY KNOWN FACTOR IS PARASITIC OVER LOAD IN GUT,BUT WHICH?NEEDS REAPETED STOOL EXAMINATION IN BEST LABS.THEN WE CAN OPT FOR TREATMENT YOU WANT,I HOPE ITS GOOD RATHER THAN EXPERIMENTING DRUGS&WORRYING FOR UNKNOWN.
