Thank you for your query.

What is the blood pressure of your son? Has it ever been recorded?

High blood pressure can present as nose bleeds and headache. I suggest that you get it recorded and if it is high then get it investigated.

An ENT check-up should also be got done.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing your son an early recovery.
