Frequent movements in stomach. Period delayed. Bad headaches. Can this mean pregnant?

i been having werid symptoms that s real noticeable lately that has me thinking i am pregnant. Sunday July 22 2012 at movies felt frequent moving in my stomach like it was jumping around. Monday July 23 2012 light movement in stomach little tender of my breast around the nipples. Wednesday July 25 2012 felt tenderness again around the breasts also around 12:15am at night going into Thursday small movement very light moved in my stomach. i took a pregnancy test in it read not pregnant before that real bad headaches feeling a little sick like i m going too throw up never did on top been having discharge . i notice in the discharge be like a light pink color my last peroid was sometime in Marach i notice that i have become some what moody liking sweets a little more.

you didn't mention what was your last menstrual date and whether you are having regualr periods or not etc, anyhow just because of symptoms we cannot confirm or rule out pregnancy, these symptoms may be indicating spurious pregnancy which can be seen when there is intense desire for children or fear for pregnancy.
so you once consult gynecologist and undergo urine test for pregnancy and ultrasound examination which will rule out the possibility.
