The condition described by you can attributed to various reasons.Let us discuss from the commonest to the rarest.
A)Anemia;-Any deficiency in Iron and B-complex group of
Vitamins and presence of intestinal worms might have caused
Anaemia.This also causes
Palpitation.accompanying symptoms of
undernutrition.
B)
Anxiety Neurosis;-Due to manifest anxiety/highly strung individuals /Type A personality-ie agressive/ambitious/competetive/always I have to win type of personalities.
C)Hyperthyroidism;-Excessive secretion of Thyroid Harmone may precipitate this condition.In addition excessive sweating/loss of weight/good appetite.
D)Heart Diseases;-Hypertensive Heart Disease/Valvular Heart Disease/Childhood Rheumatic Heart Disease-untreated or inadequately treated. Any of these might cause tachy-arrhythmias which lead to the above symptoms.
please consult a General Physician/Internal Medical practitioner who will suggest suitable routine and special investigations such as,
A)Routine Urinalysis/Microscopy and Stools for Routine and Microscopy.
B)Blood Tests such as Haemogram/Blood Chemistry/Lipid Profile/Thyroid Function Tests/
C)Chest X-ray-PA View.
D)USG Abdomen/Pelvis
E)ECG/Echo Cardiography.
F)Veinous and Arterial Doppler to find out any block as you have Lt Upper Limb Veinous bulge.
Any other Tests as deemed fit and go ahead with further management.
