Frequent headaches, exhaustion, gassy, nauseous, missed period, pregnancy test negative. Cause for above symptoms?

my left side is a little swollen and hurts when i push down. Lately I been having a lot of headaches , and extreme exhaustion, also gassy, and sometimes i get nauseous. I ve also feel like little butterflies in my lower stomach . I had 2 periods in one month but i havent gotten it this month. I have taken a pregnancy test but it came out negative. I dont know what it could be.

Thanks for writing to us.
All above mentioned symptoms may be because of hormonal changes or because of missed period.
Your pregnancy test is negative so chances of pregnancy are less but for confirmation you can consult a gynaecologist and get your urine, blood test and ultrasonography test done to rule out pregnancy.
