Hi there,

Thanks for writing in.

It is quite possible that you might be having an upper respiratory infection, Sinusitis.
Please consult your doctor once again as you might require antibiotics.

In the meantime, I would advise you to:
Drink plenty of warm fluids a day (at least 8-10 glasses per day).for eg... 1 glass of warm water every 2 hours.
Steam inhalation 3 - 4 times a day.
Tylenol/ Paracetamol for the headache.

Are you on any other medications?
Any history of anxiety issues etc.?

I hope I have answered your question. Please do get back to me if you have further queries.

Get well soon :)

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
