Frequent hair loss. How to stop it?

Hi Dr.Atul, I am Bipan(19yr). I am suffering from hair loss very badly from about an year.Before this my scalp was full of hair.Now i can easily notice that my hair are falling.When ever I crossed finger in my hair I found many hair strands.And whenever I get a hair massage,I can notice hundreds of hair on my shoulders and clothes. I want your suggestion.So,please tell me what I should do to stop further hair fall.I am just of 19 .Please tell me some remedies.

If there is any known cause of hair fall should be found and addressed like dandruff.
For dandruff over the counter ketaconazole shampoo should be used trice week.

In case were there is no cause i advice you to use 2% mintop solution. It should be applied to the scalp every day. For effective hair fall control it should be used for at least 2 months.

You can also try using trichup shampoo and oil for hair fall.
