Hi i want to ask cos my husband a few months ago its monday he went to work the whole day and late at nyt he just feel dizzy and throwing up and after few min.he will be feel better.now last friday at night he feel they same way but the he throwing up and feel dizzy and second time i take him to the bathroom he throw up he can stand anymore and he feel so weak his colo is like he dont have blood already and his shaking all his body.they check his blood test but all his result is fine they cant find whats wrong with him.but they didnt check his heart if he have a problem in his heart now im still worried cos i dont want later on it will attack again they same way what he feels again
It will be helpful if you give more information on :- 1. Whether your husband is alcoholic? 2. Any history of head injury? 3. Any history of neck pain? 4. His job profile?
It can be a possibility that he might be having cervical spondylosis which might have increased due to working whole day and have resulted in dizziness and vomiting.
You should get him investigated for :- 1. CT/MRI head and neck. 2. Blood test for electrolytes.

Frequent Episodes Of Tiredness, Dizziness, Vomiting, Body Tremors. Blood Tests Clear. Cause?
Hi, Thanks for writing your query. He can be Cinnarizine 25 mg thrice a day along with Domperidone 10 mg once a day. I would also suggest that he should be clinically examined(preferably by a Neuro Physician). I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
