Frequent diarrhea, abdominal pain, back pain. What is wrong?

I have been having frequent diarrhea for weeks, going on months. Sometimes it is light coloured. I find not always, but frequently, if i eat i will pass the food very quickly, within what seems like under an hour, even a half hour sometimes. it leaves me running to the bathroom more often than desired. i don't know what's wrong. sometimes i have lower abdonimal pain, and also suffer from back pain.

Hi, thanks for the query to H.C. M.
Consistency of stool material will tell us whether it is diarrhea or not.
If watery or liquid type than it is diarrhea.
Sometimes semisolid stool passes , it may be diarrhea , may not be diarrhea.
How it happens , if someone's habit is to pass stool just 1-2 hrs after eating any thing and consistency is semisolid it is not diarrhea ( just due to habit or over eating).
If you have ate normal food and usually passes solid stool every day .( this is due to habit).
If some one have 3-4 semisolid stools otherwise than we will call it diarrhea.
Your's query is here that you have to go bathroom after every meal.
In your's case I can say that you didn't have diarrhea but it is semisolid stool which is passing.
Cause is anxiety neurosis in your case.
Peoples have anxiety due to many reasons as study, business etc.
So consult a physician and have a treatment if you think so, otherwise enjoy life.
Regards. Dr. HET
