Welcome to HCM,
You are suffering from a kind of Rhinitis which could be ?allergic common agents dust, pollen, and other such thing.
But There are other causes also non allergic Vasomotor rhinitis and drug induced or hormon induced .
You should visit a ENT Surgeon and find out what is the reson for your problem,as anti histaminics may give temporary relief, but if it is allergic you may avoid particular allergen, and take proper treatment like preventive nasal spray and systemic therapy if required.
You should be better with proper treatment
Good luck to you
