It s a trusted brand. I bleed a little when I lay down, but when I sit on the toilet, then I really have my period. Quite a bit. Dark, red a little brown and stringy. I took two baths today and I noticed small brown and white flakes floating around as the water cleared me out. Also, my period is on time, but my hands and feet are Ice cold . Help?

Hi and thank yo for this query.

From the information you have provided, these finding are most likely of no pathological significance or raise any particular suspicion of a disease. My best advice now is to monitor and report any new symptoms that may make us think otherwise and consider digging deeper. For now, stay calm and observe.
They should typically subside sooner than later.

Hope you find this helpful. Wish you well.
