Foul Smelling Discharge After Popping Cyst In Nose. Cause Of Growth In Nose?

The doctors thought i had a cyst in my nose i had a opp in 2009 to take it out but within months it grew back at the start of this year it popped and a load of stuff come out and it smells really bad. 3 weeks ago i went in for another opp to have it looked at now they are saying i need a brain scan thay thing i might have a cyst or a tumor in the brain which is lecking down my head in to my nose that is why i am getting a large growth on my nose has any body heard of this before if so what is it called?

HI Iam Dr A.K.Srivastava (E.N.T.specialist) have gone through your mail,I would like to know what was the histopathology (biopsy) report of your excised mass in previous operation in2009,because some polyps of nose as Ethmoidal polyps have tendency for recurrence,angiofibromas of nose(another kind of nasal mass )also reported for recurrence.you have asked about cystic swelling in nose comming from brain is named as frontonasal meningocoel witch is a rare tumour and can be confirm by M.R.I.Para nasal sinuses,I would like to suggest you to go for complete examination of nose and paranasal sinuses along with some investigations (Radiological and biopsy) of growth by your E.N.T.doctor to get clear picture of your nasal disease.I hope now you got clearification of your quaries but if still you have some quaries you may again contact this site.Thanks.
