Foul smell from the area between scrotum and thigh. Kansel DS?
From the skin between the scrotum and thigh, foul smell is coming, though not strong. Slight discoloration is there on the skin at the spot. Betadine ( Povidone Iodine )ointment has produced some good effect on a week s use. Discoloration has diminished. But the disagreeable smell is still there. May i apply Kansel-DS instead.

The smell and the discolouration you have is very common and seen in fungal infection.
Do apply Micanazole ointment twice daily for a week, this will surely reduce the infection and the smell.
