Foreskin On Penis Wet Frequently. What Is The Reason?
Hello..
I am 23 year male and never had intercourse in life. I am facing two problems, please help me.
One: The foreskin of my Penis doesn't go back completely, only the head of penis can be seen. So please help me with this.
Second: From last few days after every few hours I am finding my penis head wet. Can you help me why it is happening.

Thanks for writing in.
1. The foreskin need not go back completely in all men. It should not be too tight either. If your foreskin is tight, please clean everyday using water otherwise infection (balanitis) may happen.
2. Wet penis head may be due to secretion by the small glands, due to sexual excitement or due to increased moisture in your inner clothes. Please wear cotton inner clothes if you have had any history of fungal infection or itching in your genital region.

It seems that you are having phimosis.
Before marriage go for circumcision operation so that there wont be any problem during intercourse.
Having wetness on your glans might be due to poor cleaning of glans due to unable to remove smegma collecting under foreskin.
Clean smegma by averting fore skin as much as possible daily while taking bath.
