Forehead Injury. X-ray Shows Hyperostosis From Talus Interna. Why Is There Still Bruising?

Hi. I was punched in the forehead two weeks ago. I had three stitches as I was bleeding excessively. There was bruising. I took out the stitches last week, after 6 days on the incident. The bruising on forehead is still there. The X-ray results say normal. And they say hyperostosis from talus interna is seen. Why is there still bruising? And what does hyperostosis from interna mean?
