Hello. I have Fordyce spots on my penis and I went to the doctors and he popped the big one with a needle. My main concern is whether this will cause trauma and I now it will scar. My other doctor and pediatrician told me that it was just an infection from where I was not changing my underwear regularly enough. Now that it has been popped with a needle will it stay for ages because changing underwear regularly is effective in fighting fordyce and other infections on the penis.
