For What ADHD Is Done In Children And What Is The Advantage ?

Hi my son is 5 years old. He suffers from late improvement like he started walking late, speaks late etc.due to lack of oxygen supply to brain for fraction of seconds as per doctor said, at the time of birth resulted in delayed milestones . Still he is unable to butten or unbutton his shirt, not able to lace his shoes, not able to concentrate on studies though he is having good memory. our doctor had prescribed him NORMABRAIN for 2 years , it showed the improvement in walking & climbing steps & running but though he is not concentrating in studies our Family Doctor has suggested to do ADHD test from child Psychiatrist . So please describe, what is that and advantages & disadwantages of doing the test?

Standardized rating scales such as WHO's Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale can be used for ADHD screening and assessment of the disorder’s symptoms severity.

Normabrain (Piracetam) is a nootropic drug. It appears to enhance cognition and memory, slow brain aging, increase blood flow and oxygen to the brain.
