For as long as I could remember my nails would turn blue even when i'm not cold , I mean I could be sweating hot or just be in my room which is not cold and my nails would still be blue . Is this due to circulation problems or is it common and irrelevant?

Hi there, i went to my doctor for a regular skin check. She noticed i had a bruise on my left large toe-nail. I do remember my toe nails were a little long a week before and I was wearing high heels and my were feet hurting. She said it should grow out. It has faded a little but im not sure if its grown out yet? It has been just under 3 weeks. Does it look dangerous to you? I am seeing her in 2 weeks but i am just nervous until then. Also i have just picked my chilac nail polis off- my nail is normally smooth and no lumps/ bumps etc. Thank you for your help
