For about 3 months now my stools have been containing a dull yellow thing that is about the size of a metformin pill. It has like a rubbery shell and I cut one open and it contains a pasty white cream stuff in the center. I have no insurance and was wandering if i should be scared.

Age - 31, height 6ft, weight 15.7 stone, Male. About five months ago, I strained too hard whilst passing a stool. A couple of days later, I found that my stools were covered in bright red blood and jelly-like blobs. Doctor gave me some fibre medication (to loosen stools) which appeared to do the job for a few weeks. Found more blood in my stools (harder to see now - seems to be dots, slight streaks and jellylike-blobs but not as red) and the doctor gave me more fibre medication and requested a stool sample from me. The stool sample came back as normal and the doctor was satisfied that it probably is piles and I shouldn t worry too much about it. Gave me some suppositries to pop up the backside which was supposed to fix the piles once and for all. Been 4 months since I noticed blood and I am found more in the last few days. Seems to be a darker red (difficult to see / notice - but it is there) and some jelly-like blobs which also contain blood. Can I still assume that this is piles or could have I damaged something inside when I first noticed the blood?

Hi, I m becoming a bit concerned. My 7 month old babys poop seemed like it contained brown worms in it. They didnt move or anything. This is the 3rd time I observe this ... As there was other poop that did t have it. I m really afraid she s infested with worms. Her appetite has been fine... Eating and playing well. I m keeping tuis poop to take to doctor Monday. But now still worried and don t know what to do if she does have dark brown worms.
