Food Getting Stuck In Throat, Difficulty Swallowing. Help
I have recently had problems with food getting stuck seemingly in my throat, right side. I was eating tuna today and it seems to have stuck in my throat either beneath and to the right of the epiglottis. I have been trying to unstick it but with no luck. It seems like it is lower and deeper now. I am concerned that this piece of tuna will fall into my windpipe. I have been having difficulty swallowing now. I was told by a nurse that the food is in my food pipe but it feels like it is right under and to the side of my epiglottis. Please help.
