ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, I am Dr. Samiron Roy ENT Splst.
Your problem may have 3 reasons
1.Enlarged Adenoid
2.Palatal paresis/ paralysis
3. Septic Tonsils with large crypts full of septic squeeze.
You need these tests:
1.X-Ray Adenoid Lat view.
2.Examination of the palate
3.Throat Swab C/S

Based on the reports treatment will be planned because the treatment of each entity is different.
