I AM A FEMALE AGED 39 FROM THE XXX. I HAVE RECENTLY EXPERIENCE WHILST AT HOME, FLUTTERING DOWN MY LEFT BOTTOM CALVE LEG TO MY ANKLE WHEN I WALK , KNEEL & SITTING DOWN. iS THIS BECAUSE I AM TIRED? IT HAS HAPPENED TWICE IN TWO DAYS. i AM VERY ACTIVE, i WORK LONG HOURS STANDING ON MY FEET & i AM A FULL TIME MUM. i HARDLY EVER SIT DOWN , IF I DO ONLY FOR SHORT PERIODS OF TIME.

It could be because of tired muscles or lack of VIT B12.
Take some B 12 either orally or injectable for two weeks and see the response.
