Fluttering In Neck, Anxiety Attack, Tight Muscles

I ve been suffering with fluttering in my right neck for about 3-4 months now - Went to PCP yes i ve been stressed was told that the fluttering was caused by the stress, lack of sleep and tight muscle - I m not stressed anymore, muscle not tight but now the fluttering is back - Not feeling so good also like anxiety attack at times when I m laying down on my right side - I m getting nervous feeling that something else might be going on - Sorry just saw that there is a fee for your service - Sorry for taking up your time - Please disregard -
