Fluid filled lumps on the head and neck. Pressure on the back. What is happening?

I have these lumps forming on my of the bigger ones I noticed couple months,ago and it s almost like it is fluid filled. Then recently I also noticed little tiny pea sized bumps in the back of my neck by my hairline. yesterday I started feeling fluid or pressure in the back if my neck going down a few inches towards my spine my salone

They are lymphnodes or Lipoma's,swelling of fat cells.
Simple test like FNAC(Fine needle aspiration cytology) will confirm the diagnosis.
