Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
After going through your available details you started with overactive thyroid that means Hyperthyroidism, Iodine therapy single dose ?is it radioactive iodine therapy.
If it is so then hypothyroidism has developed and it is right to supplement the thyroxine regularly.
You are taking 50 micro gm/day and TSH has increased from 13 to 24 IU.
we need to increase the dose as your doctor made it 100 mcg/day please continue to take it and you will become euthyroid in few weeks time.
Take care of diet and any vitamin supplements given.
Once thyroid is controlled your hair fall will also stop, it may also be due to radioactive iodine?
Take care.
Good Luck.

Hi,
Proper diagnosis of your problem is required.
Once it is hyper thyroid and afterwards it is hypothyroid.
Consult Endocrinologist and get investigated properly and then he will start plan of treatment accordingly.
Afterwards keep follow ups regularly.
With the treatment your other problems will be solved.
Ok and take care.
