Flu Like Cold Symptoms, Low Grade Fever, Nausea, Sore Throat, Stiff Neck. Torticollis Or Meningitis?

Had flu like cold symptoms early this week, low grade fdver, nausea. Saw MD given meds for nausea. Next day sore throat could not swallow. Back to MD placed on ABO Amoxc 2 per day. Improving but last night i think I slept wrong woke up with very stiff neck. Whole day have tried massage, hot packs improves short while then worse. No fever. No appetite but feeling better. Is this Torticollis or should I be concerned about Meningitis? I am avhealthcare worker and saw patient for swallowing evaluation week ago with sore throat and neck.
