Flesh Hanging Outside Of My Vagina. Is This Some Type Of Prolapse ?

Currently 9 weeks pregnant with my second child and noticed a piece of flesh hanging outside of my vagina. I m not bleeding and it doesn t hurt. Is this some type of prolapse? I ve never had anything like this before.

you have not mentioned the type of delivery , whether forcep or ventouse delivery ?
It seems like cervical descent or cystocele ( bladder descent ). These become less with perineal exercises , take a gyne opinion.
