Flatulence, diarrhea, watery stools, stomach cramps, nausea on eating. Due to worms infection?

hey there i have alot of flatulence going on recently along with diarrhea that is chronic and my stool is always watery the frequecy is 1 stool per day , i also have stomach cramps . i also get the feelings to vommit sometimes when i eat food . do i have worms should i try zentel 10 ml syrup 400 mg albendazole ??? do i have to add water to 10 ml syrup zentel suspension or i drink it as much

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you are having infection in your gastrointestinal tract and needs medical attention.

You should get following investigations done :-
1.Stool examination.
2. Liver Function Test(LFT).

You should take antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg along with Domperidone 10 mg.
Mefenemic acid along with dicycloverine will help in relief of pain in the abdomen.
Metronidiazole 400 mg thrice a day along with Ciprofloxacinb 500 mg twice a day will help in controlling the infection. you should also take a probiotic preparation along with the above medication.

Your symptoms are not suggestive of worms. Anyway, there is no need to add water to the zentel syrup.

You should take care of your diet. Food should be prepared in hygeinic conditions. Drink pure water only.

If the problem persists, get yourself examined clinically.
