Flashes in the stomach, moves across with no pain. Occurs anytime. What could this be?

What causes weird sensations of like the arthritis nerve pains felt infrequently all over hips & legs but these strikes have no pain. They are short & long & occur anytime, infrequently and in stomach area mostly. I repeat, no pain. It is hard to describe ----like a smooth vehicle moving through me. This is so hard to describe but the movement is always horizontal. Strange & they have been with me since 2012,
