Flaky Patch On Breast. Applying Mustard Oil, Lacto Clamine Didn't Work. Should Be Worried? Suggestions.

hi..i have this little patch on my left breast which is flaky, kind of itches and there's dry skin that falls off and u can literally pluck it. it was a small patch before and now its increased a bit. its been almost 6 months now since i had this. i have tried moisturising it, putting mustard oil, lacto clamine and nothing seems to work. also, sometimes there are these red little bumps on that and then there's dryness. please suggest what to do and should i be worried? thankyou.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having fungal infection or dermatitis on the part.
Apply triple acting cream locally, which will be very helpful.
Avoid wearing synthetic bra.
Avoid over fitted bra.
Ok and take care.
