Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi there.

Since you are having fever, headache, neck and body pain along with stomach complaints, it appears that you are having viral gastritis or the Flu. Nothing to worry. Keep well hydrated. Drink plenty of fresh real fruit juice. Eat food rich in proteins and fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. These help to fight viral infections and reduce complications. Avoid spicy or junk food..Take Acetaminophen or Paracetamol for relief of fever and Domperidone tablet for relief of nausea, under medical supervision.

I hope I have answered your query.

Wishing speedy recovery.
