hello

thanks for choosing healthcare magic

you seem to be having an infection . it could mostly be a viral infection for which you need to take symptomatic infection
Tab paracetamol 500mg 3-4 times a day
take plenty of fluids
eat bland easily digestible food

In case your fever does not reduce over next few days you will need a course of antibiotics
you will need to be evaluated by a doc for the cause of your fever and treated with appropriate antibiotics
