Fever Increased From 99-102, Wait Overnight Or Consult Immediately?

hi my 5 year daughter 18.3 kgs has had low grade fever since last 48 hours. ranging from 99 - 102 deg f i started with crocin but it did not bring temp down - then since last night started meftal p and it came down to normal for a bit. Was giving her at 7-8 hour interval as & when fever came up...now suddenly it went up to 101.7 what do i do take her to ER or see how the night goes and take her to doc tom morning

It seems that your daughter might have viral infection.
Wait till morning and continue medicine for fever as and when required.
Give her plenty of water to help her fever controlled and prevent from dehydration.
Tomorrow she might require for blood check up to find out the cause of having fever.
