Fever, headache, nausea, fatigue, no appetite, diarrhea. Causes for symptoms?

Hi, I think I may be working through a stomach virus, but I wanted to be sure and to check about what may be too long for certain symptoms. Here it goes! Saturday, I had a fever, pressure behind my eyes, headache, nausea , fatigue , no appetite . Sunday: no fever, nausea, diarrhea , ate bananas, fatigue Tried to eat scrambled eggs , but this intensified the cramping. Monday, no diarrhea, no fever, bananas, applesauce, toast, intense cramping in the evening, fatigue. Tuesday, today: diarrhea all morning, less cramping, a little more energy but not energetic, ate rice, bananas, apple sauce, rice, minced veggies, but still not much appetite. Any thoughts? THANKS!

Hello and thanks for writing in at HCM
In my opinion you might be suffering from Gastroenteritis due to Food poisoning or may be some other cause. You need a Antibiotic course, plenty of water (to remove dehydration), use RO filter water or boiled water, take semisolid diet (only Hygienic food). Consult your doctor if Loose stool continues.
