Fever, Headache And Throat Pain In The Evenings. Feeling Weak. Anything Serious?
I have not been able to move outside due to climatic and health condition. But i couldn't resist to know what am I facing. Every evening my body catches temperature associated with a head-ache, throat pain (causing difficulty in swallowing) and body pains. I feel very weak, not in a mood to eat anything, and can't swallow anyhow. Does anything sound serious? Nothing has changed since 3 days now.

the probable causes for your symptoms are-
1.Viral pharyngitis-it is a sore throat caused by a virus, and causes throat pain and cold-like symptoms.
2.Acute sinusitis-it is an inflammation of the sinuses, causes sinus pain and tenderness, facial redness and more.
3.Mononucleosis- a viral infection causing extreme fatigue, sore throat, fever, rash, muscle aches, and more.
4.Tuberculosis- usually infects the lungs, causing a bad cough with blood, chest pain, fever, chills, and fatigue.
i would advise you to start anti-biotics and cough syrup to get relief from the symptoms.
