Hello pankaj86pathania , welcome to healthcaremagic.com
I see you are probably suffering from an upper respiratory tract infections and regarding your loose motion i would like to know whether you are eating or only taking fever medications which might itself cause loose stools if you take in a empty stomach or with inadequate food. Primarily upper respiratory tract infections are viral and commonly seen during season changes and the entire course stays for 7--10 days if uncomplicated and stays longer if there is super added bacterial infection , which mind you is pretty common i.e., the time you will have more cough with productive sputum with yellowish or greeninsh tinge. You have not mentioned any fatigue and joint pain or peak fever temperature for you but if dengue / malaria is prevalent in your area please visit a doctor and get a necessary tests done. Or else i would recommend you to have an antibiotic prophylaxis with your current medications and please do not skip meals and drink water to avoid abdominal discomfort . For more info visit your physician . Take care
